No-Show registrants may be denied future registrations.

All participants are required to complete one "Wellness Session Participant Waiver" on site that covers the calendar year.

IMPORTANT NOTE: By registering for this session, you acknowledge and agree to our session rules, event waiver & media release (provided below). Onsite completion is also required.

Event Waiver & Media Release

I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue 360 Detroit, Inc. or any sponsored participant of this 360 Detroit, Inc. event, its administrators, directors, agents, affiliates, organizers, participants, volunteers, and/or the owners or leasers of premises used to conduct this event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as “releases”, from any and all liability to 360 Detroit, Inc. for any and all claims, demands, losses of damages on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise. This release also includes claims regarding children listed on the registration form (opposite side). I am aware that 360 Detroit, Inc. reserves the right to refuse participation and/or distribution to anyone that is not compliant with event guidelines communicated verbally or in writing and/or if registration exceeds the allotted amount of participants.

I further acknowledge 360 Detroit, Inc.’s COVID policy and agree to adhere to the guidelines. I release all rights to artwork and agree to the use of photographic, video and/or still, images without compensation, recognition or notification.

I understand that photography (still and/or video) may be in use and that I and/or my children may be captured. I grant permission to 360 Detroit, Inc. to use our image(s) (photographs and/or video) for use in 360 Detroit, Inc. publications (printed and electronic) including videos, email blasts and promotion materials. I grant permission for images to be used without the right to inspect and/or approve their use and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image(s).
