We are so excited and grateful to have Karla back for yoga! This new group is starting in February, Fridays at 5:00pm-6:00pm in the Jess Lichte room
This will be the perfect way to balance yourself and strengthen your recovery after the work week and before the weekend!

Mats are provided and there is no cost. If you would like to make donations to Coulee please advise the volunteer instructor.
