Alex Perez is coming to Vilnius to share a weekend of workshops! ALL LEVELS are welcome! - Saturday 10:00, 2h : Gravity - Grace Yoga Masterclass
Gravity is a grounding vinyasa practice that deepens one’s understanding of both the Āsanas (postures) and the Darśana (vision, philosophy) through focused and rigorous exploration.
Designed along the body’s myofascial lines, the class emphasizes the superficial front and back lines, offering a creative and challenging flow. The practice invites you into unfamiliar yet deeply supportive shapes along the sagittal plane.
- Saturday 14:00, 2.5h : The Initiation - Handstand Exploration
Getting upside down can be a tricky experience! Hence overcoming the fear and developing the adequate physical support are going to be your main allies on this fun journey.
In this introduction to handstand, you will build the components of a solid foundation for balance. Using the wall and partner work, you will understand body positioning, arm support and how to use your core and legs for a steady and fruitful progression.
Alex will assist you in finding which approach suits you best on this journey, and how to make it a fun and enjoyable process.
- Sunday 10:00, 2h : Radiance - Grace Yoga Masterclass
Radiance is a deep exploration of the body’s full potential. Rooted in the intelligence of the deep front line and lateral lines, the class invites a refined balance of strength and deep, intelligent flexibility.
Through Alex’s Grace Yoga sequencing, complex and advanced postures are approached in a way that is both functional and creative, allowing depth to unfold safely and progressively.
- Sunday 14:00, 2h : Sound Circle
The week-end ends with Alex’s unique approach to Kirtan. This circle is an invitation to open the voice, release emotion and reconnect, to oneself and to others, through the simple act of singing together. Alongside mantras, we explore songs and prayers from various traditions, inviting connection across cultures and hearts.

Bio :
Alex is an international yoga teacher and licensed medical doctor. His classes are rooted in deep anatomical understanding, emphasising physical and mental balance. Through his ‘Grace Yoga” system, Alex shares his wisdom in the form of trainings, workshops and festivals all over the world.
