Our comprehensive Yoga Wall Training is designed for yoga teachers and advanced yoga practitioners. Learn how to use this versatile yoga prop to enhance your yoga practice and skillfully teach Yoga Wall Classes and Workshops in the Hatha Yoga style.
Equip yourself with the expertise to teach a diverse range of students using this dynamic prop to correct alignment, create space in the body, actively improve joint health, and increase shoulder mobility, hip flexibility, as well as core and upper body strength. The Yoga Wall can combat the adverse effects of gravity—healing issues such as spinal compression, joint discomfort, and nervous system strain that often result in pain, limited mobility, and accelerated aging. Learn techniques to practice inversions on the Yoga Wall, with minimal pressure on wrists, neck, and shoulders.
