Yoga - Wagga Wagga

Invictus Australia extends a warm invitation for you to participate in our weekly yoga sessions led by experienced facilitator Leah. Bring your own yoga mat and props, or use the equipment provided for you. Dress in layers for comfortable movement and bring a water bottle. Join our welcoming class for an hour of adaptive yoga movement, breathwork, meditation, laughs and friendship. All levels of experience welcome, injuries and health concerns can be catered for. This class is for Adults only.
