Yoga Flow + Weights
Come join us for a time of sweaty stretching and strengthening!
This unique class blends yoga flow with light resistance training to tone the body, build endurance, and release tension. We’ll center on a focus scripture, and essential oils will be available (optional).
What to bring:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat
🏋️‍♀️ Light weights (1–5 lbs)
🧻 Small hand towel
