Yoga at BrewHound! Come join us on the mat for some strengthening, peaceful yoga with Tony!
Tony has been in the wellness industry for over 20 years. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr), Certified Health Coach & Licensed Massage Therapist which he incorporates into this practice and life.

**this is an all levels class, beginners + 1st timers welcome!
***pilates will take place in the events area next to The Porch, if your dog doesn't have separation anxiety, they are welcome to roam the off-leash area (day passes available if not already a member) while you stretch on your mat!
