Welcome to the 5th month of the Yoga Under the Stars Inner Goddess Series, where every month unfolds a journey of tapping into our inner goddess. Immerse yourself in specialized yoga flows and goddess workshops, harmonizing mind, body, and soul. While this series does have a specific order we will follow, you can dive in at any time, so do not fret if you missed any of the previous months.In the month of May, our focus is on the 4th chakra—the heart chakra—and our connection to Quan Yin the Goddess of compassion. Our yoga practice will revolve around postures to open up our heart chakras, our energy center for love, compassion, empathy and forgiveness, so we can better align with our inner goddess to fostering a deeper connection with self and others.
The event is held outdoors on a screened-in patio, beneath the night sky. The yoga practice begins at 7:30 pm, please arrive a few minutes early to settle yourself onto your mat. The gentle yoga flow will last approximately one hour followed by a heart chakra opening exercise. Attendees will also receive a goodie bag containing items that will help strengthen and balance the heart chakra and connection to their inner Quan Yin Goddess.
