Denver's annual Yoga Trifecta is BACK!
We're partnering with the gorgeous Void Studios in Denver to bring you this annual event sponsored by Topo Chico and MyFitFoods ! Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of yoga from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations AND an awesome yogi swag bag. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you wish:) No rules. Grab food from the amazing MyFit Foods and stay fueled!

The Studio Line-Up:
9 am: Doors Open + Set up your mat + Visit experience stations + Grab coffee
9:30 am: Kriya & Vinyasa Yoga with Meghan the Founder of Sakala Community
10:20 am: Yoga for Strength
11:00 am: Full Lunch provided by MyFitFoods
11:30 am: Slow Vinyasa Flow by Finding Center Peace
12:00 pm: Conscious Breathwork by Inspired Warrior Project
12:30 pm: Replenishing Sound Bath by Finding Center Peace
1 pm: Event Ends
