Yoga Through The Seasons is a monthly, mindful practice series that honors the natural cycles of Earth and our shifting needs throughout the year. Each class is created to support your body and help you move through seasonal transitions with more ease while building a practice on the core tenants of connection, strength, balance, and flow.
Each class we'll explore:
~seasonally aligned movement
~breath practices
~meditative reflection
This series is ideal for those who:
~ want to reconnect with their body and practice
~ feel seasonal shifts and want support moving through them
~ desire a consistent, monthly practice
~ enjoy practicing in community
~ want to build strength, balance, and presence over the course of a year long series
