Hello! My name is Jacqueline Burbage, and I have been teaching Yoga practices since 2008. I followed my heart and my passion to further my studies and training to be an official Certified Yoga Therapist, with trauma-conscious lens using Yoga philosophy, science and wisdom as a healing art to support mind-body and soul healing and transformation. I will guide you into a practice of movement, breath and meditation for YOU to experience for yourSELF the wisdom we all have inside of us. Join me and ask your questions after the practice.
