Yoga @ The Bar ☺️Enjoy a fun yoga class, vinyasa style!
Beginners are welcome!
Class is 6-7pm.
$10 per person,
$5 student rate - high school and post-high school
Located upstairs at The Bar on Lynndale.
Enjoy a vinyasa flow 60 min yoga practice with Jenna Kadlec RYT-500.
This class is for all levels, so...new students, come and give it a try! This non-intimidating class will be paired with music for a fun flow. Demonstrations and cues for proper alignment will be provided.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water. Limited mats are available, so please message Jenna if you will need to borrow a mat.
Tell your friends to join you and enjoy the one hour yoga class together. Stay after for a refreshment at the bar and check out their awesome menu!
