The Groovy Yoga Studio — 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training! An experience that deepens one's personal practice and provides the skills and knowledge needed to share the transformative power of yoga with others. 💫 Whether participants wish to teach or simply deepen their understanding of yoga, this training offers a pathway to growth and self-discovery.💥
Our training is led by Natalie Young + Amanda Quintanilla 💞
A perfect blend of power-vinyasa based yoga and slow, restorative-based. We want you to come out of this training feeling confident in your own practice + excited to teach others all the different styles yoga offers!
What we will be learning:
1. Yoga Philosophy and History
2. Asana Practice
3. Anatomy and Physiology
4. Teaching Methodology
5. Pranayama and Meditation
6. Ethics and Professional Development
7. Trauma-informed practices
7. Practicum + teach back
+ soooo much more we will be diving into!
Upon completion of a 200-hour YTT program, participants should feel confident in their ability to lead a yoga class, have a solid understanding of yoga principles, and be equipped with the tools necessary for ongoing personal and professional development in the field of yoga.
Graduates will receive a certification that qualifies them as a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), allowing them to teach yoga classes at studios, gyms, and wellness centers 💫

Hours:
Friday 5pm-9pm
Saturday 9am-6:30pm
Sunday 9am-6:30pm
