CONGRATULATIONS on taking the first step to becoming a 200Hour Certified Yoga Teacher!!!This Accredited 200hr Teacher Training is designed to equip and empower YOU with the tools, techniques, knowledge, and communication skills that will allow YOU to be the most effective yoga teacher and/or practitioner YOU'd like to BE! Becoming a skilled yoga Instructor requires your commitment and openness to this training, as each of us will always be students on this yogic path!

Through this Yoga Teacher Training, Samantha is prepared to get to know YOU personally to better facilitate YOU throughout this training. YOU will be offered a dynamic platform to explore your inherent strengths and skills as YOU enter into the yoga teaching world. Ultimately, this training will teach YOU how to lead a full Yoga Flow/Vinyasa style class with confidence, ability, and skill. YOU will find YOUR voice, YOUR style, YOUR flow throughout this training.

Also, if Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) styled class isn’t your forte and YOU see yourself more interested in becoming a more Restorative/Gentle yoga teacher or a Meditation Teacher, this training will prep​are and/or allow for YOU to do just that! This Training is about nourishing YOUR unique interests, gifts, and the style of yoga YOU hope to teach one day and/or simply to learn more about!
