You’ll learn how to teach a beginner-friendly Energy Yoga class and explore meditation, Qi Gong, breathing techniques, and practical energy tools for both personal and professional growth.
We’ll also introduce you to the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. This training is the first step designed to deepen your understanding of energy work and yoga teaching.
No experience or prior training is required. This program is open to everyone, whether you’re interested in becoming a certified teacher or simply want to grow in your own practice and wellbeing.
