Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice or step onto the path of becoming a teacher? The Yoga Lounge is a Yoga Alliance Registered School, offering a traditional 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training beginning in 2026.
Join Kelly Knight, owner of The Yoga Lounge and one of the lead trainers, for an informative and welcoming meet and greet. You’ll hear an overview of the training, learn what makes our program unique, and have the chance to ask questions about the journey ahead.
