Are you passionate about deepening your yoga practice or becoming a certified yoga teacher? You are invited to attend our Yoga Teacher Training Information Session to explore the transformative journey of our 200-hour Pranakriya Yoga Teacher Training starting in September 2025.
This session is open to anyone curious about the training process. Led by Kimberly Murphy the Training Director, the session will include:
60-minute Meditative Posture Flow Class – Experience the Pranakriya signature class format, the foundation of what you will learn to teach during training.
Brief Overview of the 9-Month Training Program – Learn about the curriculum, schedule, and what to expect.
Q&A Session – Get your questions answered and determine if this journey is right for you.
We are now accepting applications for the September 2025 training. Whether you are considering teaching or simply looking for a deeper connection with yoga, this session will provide insight into the transformative experience ahead.
