This one-day, in-house retreat is designed to help you step off the mat, expand your perspective, and teach with clarity and confidence.Learn from Yoga Loft co-owners Ashlee McDougall and Jackie Whately, who bring over 25 years of combined teaching experience. In this CEU course, you’ll explore the how and why behind what we teach and how to share it more effectively.
We’ll dive into refining your cueing, busting common myths, and making your classes more accessible for every student in the room.
You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a deeper ability to connect with your students.
What to expect:
• Radiant Flow assisted by Jackie — start the day with a 75-minute all-levels practice taught by Ashlee and assisted by Jackie
• Anatomy Deep Dive — understand the “why” behind the movement
• Cueing Lab — learn to uplevel your cueing for clarity and impact
• Hands-On Assists — practice safe, effective, and empowering adjustments
