About this Event

Yoga, Tea & Sound Bath - Ecotherapy Ritual

There is no better place than our local, nature landscapes as the backdrop for our mindfulness rituals. We can't wait to rekindle our connection to nature with you at Discovery Park, overlooking the soothing waters of Puget Sound and snow capped Olympic Mountains.

Unwind with a gentle yoga session, sip on soothing tea, and immerse yourself in a sound bath for a truly holistic experience. Connect with nature and find inner peace in this ecotherapy ritual.

Date: Sunday, May 5th

Time: 10am - 11am

Location: Discovery Park (we will provide you with a map of our meeting space once you book your spot.)

Seating will be on the ground. Put on some warm, comfortable clothes, grab your yoga mats or blankets and get ready to unplug from the daily grind, dig your toes in, and connect to the earth.

All of our beverages are plant-based. Please let us know if you have any allergies. Some of our botanicals may be packaged, or stored in facilities that may process allergens (nuts, eggs, dairy).

Limited spots available, RSVP now! We are offering a sliding scale, inclusive pricing from $25 to $45. Paying the full price allows us to pay our special guest collaborators and cover costs of materials. We also want to keep this event affordable and accessible to all so we are offering a discouted rate of $25.

This is a pop-up event with limited seating. Rescheduling and refunds for cancellations are not possible.

About the special guest:

About Paula Sjunneson Sound: Paula is trained and certified in the field of therapeutic sound, trauma informed somatic practices, and Hatha Yoga. For the past eight years, she has been working internationally at fancy spas and retreat centers, Seattle Veterans Hospital, University Kansas City Medical Center, and upscale regiment communities. She has co-created with artists providing soundscapes for their art installations in Seattle at On The Boards and Town Hall Seattle. The Nerman Museum of Art in Kansas City, and Konstfrämjandet Uppland, in Uppsala Sweden.
