The goal of the fundraiser series is to serve the community with a gentle/beginner friendly 60 mins yoga session accompanied by enchanting sounds of musician Ray Winder playing the flute.Participants will receive a hand crafted tea made with love at the end of the yoga session and have a chance to connect with fellow yogis. Our calming, therapeutic atmosphere will leave you feeling relaxed and stress free. Mats will be available .We are honored to serve & practice with you! Peace & Love .
