Namaksaram and good day to all of you. We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting Yoga Talks at Essential Elements Wellness on Monday nights. These will be micro classes, with half an hour of discourse on Yoga and Yogic Philosophy, followed by half an hour of open discussion and/or meditation, depending on the vibe of the class and what attendees want/need. We will move through sacred texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Holy Science of Sri Yukteswar Giri, and the Bhagavad Gita. This will be an evolving class, during which, regular attendance will continue to deepen and enrich your knowledge of Yoga, and help you to cultivate a meditation practice that is easy and successful.
