In this 10-week class, offered both online and in person, we’ll unlock the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Together, we’ll explore 40-50 sutras, delving into Raja Yoga, the 8 limbs of yoga, and practical techniques to calm the fluctuations of the mind.
Whether you’re new to the sutras or eager to deepen your understanding, this course is your gateway to moving beyond asana and embracing yoga as a way of life. Join us to master your mind, find inner peace, and bring the philosophy of yoga into your everyday world.
