Each Sunday afternoon, we gather in quiet community to read, reflect on, and discuss the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali—a foundational text that has shaped yoga philosophy and practice for centuries.
This ongoing class is currently exploring the final verses of Pada Two, delving into the aims of yoga, the nature of the mind, and the path toward inner stillness. Together, we typically study 1–3 sutras per session, allowing space for discussion and integration.
This circle is for anyone drawn to the deeper dimensions of yoga—whether you're a seasoned practitioner or simply curious about the roots of the practice. Bring your questions, your insights, and your cup of tea if you like. Drop-ins are welcome, and the conversation is always alive.
