About this Event

Catherine Cole, RYT and RCYT of Be Still Mind Body is excited to share Storytime Yoga with the Second Star to the Right Community. Storytime yoga is an opportunity to engage the imagination with the whole body and the breath. Catherine helps kids discover the connection between their mind and their body through movement, meditation and play.

Yoga will start at 9am before our store opens at 10am. This session will help your kiddos start their Friday just right!
