About this Event
Sound has the ability to retune your cells, organs, and body to a more optimal frequency for your health and to shift you into a higher vibration. Nikita will lead you through a breath-centered slow flow. Yoga postures will be grounding and nourishing and help you release into relaxation while Phoenix immerses you in an otherworldly sound bath and gives you a didgeridoo sound healing over your hearts during savasana.
The healing soundscape with Shamanic drumming, tanpura, hapi drum, chanting, angelic singing, esraj, and Native flute will help you drop deeper into your body and yoga postures. We will open and close with chanting to connect to our hearts and each other. This beautiful candlelight experience is the perfect end to your work week and beginning of your weekend. Come experience the bliss of yoga and sound!
This is an all-levels class and is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.
Please bring a yoga mat. Limited yoga props such as mats and blankets are available for use.
Early Bird $35 // At the Door $40
