Experience a Tropical Retreat on the Veranda

Join us for a delightful tropical experience on the Veranda, where the serene beauty of nature, art, and history surrounds you during a Slow Yoga Flow session, enhanced by a blend of global music. To conclude the session, immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature and the profound restorative healing of crystal bowl meditation, complemented by calming aromatherapy.

This practice not only enhances flexibility and mobility but also promotes stability, strength, coordination, balance, observation, and awareness, fostering a deep sense of peace within nature's embrace and a soulful connection.

The instructor will showcase a variety of poses and techniques, offering clear guidance and modifications suitable for all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy this enriching experience.

DATE: Friday, May 15 - CLASS STARTS 9:00 AM ( check-in opens 8:30 am )

Important Class Information

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
• Location: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home, offering stunning views of nature.
• Duration: 90 minutes and includes meditation. After class, explore nature and take a peaceful walk around the grounds, forest bath, and sit by the lake to soak up the beauty.

• Enhance your experience by purchasing a ticket for an inside self-guided tour of the museum's home.

• $ 30 Prepaid Tickets:
• Includes yoga class, aromatherapy refresher, explore grounds, and complimentary private parking.
• Purchasing Tickets with Tour Options: Available through the BH website ( here )
• Pre-registration: Required to guarantee your spot.

*Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the paved surfaces and in the covered areas of either the Veranda or the Courtyard at the Bonnet Museum home, both of which provide breathtaking views of nature.

• Yoga Mat (mat rental available for travelers at $5 cash during check-in)
• Bottle of Water: Towel: Sunglasses
• A bag to carry your items.
• Walking shoes if you plan to stay after class.
