If you are a current yoga teacher, fitness instructor or fitness/yoga enthusiast this is an opportunity for you to elevate your teaching practice and empower your students with the dynamic fusion of yoga and strength training. This weekend training is designed for certified or current yoga teachers looking to expand their expertise and bring a new dimension to their classes.

Sequencing: From a basic template learn to sequencing tricks and tips to create balanced and engaging classes.
