Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights for an added challenge to your traditional yoga class. This class is designed to tone and strengthen your entire body while moving you through a fluid yoga sequence. We will take time in class to practice traditional Vinyasa flow while adding in weights throughout the practice. It’s not just a workout, it’s a yoga class!
