Flow through gentle yoga postures with patience, ease, and acceptance for the sacred physical body. Blythe will guide students through breath work, a series of deep stretching postures, and extended relaxation. $12
Sacred Stretch is suitable for all bodies, all levels, all abilities. No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.
No pre-registration required. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, we'll provide the rest
