Meeting Spot: Lafayette Park, UP ON THE SUMMIT, the top where the picnic tables and beautiful city views reside. ;) Up the hill from the playground.
The kids are back at school… and it’s finally time for Mom to come back to herself and her mom collective!
Join two besties who are also moms for a joyful celebration of surviving another summer of snacks, messes, noise, endless questions, and the enormous amount of energy it takes to host children in your home for approximately 10,000 hours.
We’ll begin with Reiki-infused yoga, melt into bliss with Savasana assists, and settle into a grounding meditation to help you remember who you were before someone asked you for a snack while you were already making dinner.
Then, we’ll gather over coffee to reconnect, laugh, and share our most embarrassing, outrageous, and “you had to be there” mom moments from the summer.
Bring your stories. Bring your sense of humor. Bring the version of yourself who is ready to enjoy a little peace and quiet.
