Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing

Hi all!

I’m certified holistic therapist and reiki master. If you are looking to try a different yoga class with a focus on energy healing.

I'll be teaching yoga, reiki and sound healing in W3 acton and will be a good opportunity to try different holistic therapies all at once.

First-class will be at the end of January and will be held with the purpose to balance the chakras and cleanse all the energies that don't serve us.

The main reason is to create a group with people open to spirituality that we can all grow together.
