Yoga Practice Intensive with Timothy Khoo

The Yoga Practice Intensives are for students keen to receive guidance and teaching while practicing at their own pace in a group setting. This supports students who are newer to, or who are developing self practice, as well as for more experienced level 2 students looking to refine their practice .
These intensives are set up to build understanding, giving practitioners the opportunity to create momentum and traction from wherever they are currently at.
Timothy is an experienced and skillful yoga teacher, and these intensives are an invaluable opportunity for students to examine and reinforce their yoga practice.
As each intensive builds upon the others, students are encouraged to enroll for continuity.
These intensives are not suitable for newer students, who would benefit more from regular classes or the Level 1 Yoga Workshop.
As a guide, these practice intensives are open to students who have been attending classes for about a year.
About Timothy Khoo
Timothy started practicing yoga since 2002 and has been running Oasis Holistic since 2003. He started teaching from 2004. He is under the continual tutelage of Peter Thomson since 2005. Timothy enjoys the yoga learning process and the continual deepening development and involvement. He is immensely appreciative of his personal growth from the yoga practice and brings that into his teaching.
