This is a physical practice based in play and finding joy on our mats. ?
Each week we will build toward a fun arm balance and get upside down. ?♀️
? There may be partner poses and lots of laughter involved.
✌️ Leave your judgements of self and others at the door.
? Registration for the series is recommended to deepen the experience over a period of time.
