This retreat is for plant people, music lovers, new or seasoned yogis, and anyone craving a grounded wellness space to reset. Whether you’re new to yoga or just want to do something different on a Saturday morning this retreat is a breath of fresh air.

(she/her) is a E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, sound meditation guide, and holistic energy practictioner with over a decade of experience. Known for her grounded presence and warm approach, Raquel creates nurturing spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and heal from within.

She’s the founder of , through which she has curated and led 35+ international retreats that center cultural experiences, self-inquiry, and community healing.

Raquel is also the founder of , a 200-hour yoga teacher training school focused on women’s wellness, embodiment, and community leadership.

She has collaborated with organizations like Lululemon, the University of Houston, and the Houston Botanic Garden, offering grounded and transformative experiences to diverse communities. Raquel brings a nurturing presence, deep integrity, and lived wisdom into every space she holds—reminding others that healing isn’t a destination, but a lifelong practice of returning to self.
