Yoga + Pilates at Mission Bay Park

Come join for an all-levels flow of Yoga + Pilates practice led by Yann Artero (RYT-200). This outdoor class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, stretch/strengthen, connect with nature, and revitalize mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary—this flow is designed for everyone.

When and Where: Class will start around 9 am on the lawn overlooking the water past the gazebo near the bathrooms. Recommended parking in lot next to RV resort and Golf Course. 3000 N Mission Bay Dr, San Diego, CA 92109

What to bring: mat and/or towel, water, comfortable clothing for movement. Sun protection (hat/sunscreen etc.)
