Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics (YPLE)
History, philosophy, ethics and lifestyle practices of yoga.

Workshops will be offered locally, as well as in day retreats. Emphasis will be on living yoga and what it means to “be” a yogi in modern day life.

We will use cues, qualities, and modifications to make your practice more expansive. Through this developed understanding, students will become more knowledgeable Yoga Teachers.

Please arrive five minutes prior to our meeting and we will greet you outside. This building is located in Downtown Naperville and across from Sweetgreens salad cafe.
