Join us for a gentle, guided four-week journey into the Yoga Sūtras through chanting, reflection, and Dharma inquiry.
This 4-week course is ideal if you:
✨ Feel curious about yoga philosophy but don’t know where to begin
✨ Are seeking more inner peace, calm, and clarity in daily life
✨ Want a meditative practice that doesn’t require movement or flexibility
✨ Feel drawn to the deeper, spiritual side of yoga
✅ Week 1: An introduction to Sanskrit chanting, the Yoga Sūtras, and guided mantra practice in a welcoming space.
✅ Week 2: Deepen your Sanskrit chanting practice while exploring the meaning and philosophy behind the Yoga Sūtras.
✅ Week 3: Build confidence in Sanskrit chanting through guided sūtra practice while exploring key concepts of Yoga philosophy.
✅ Week 4: Complete the journey by integrating chanting, breath, and awareness through guided practice and reflection.
Beginner friendly. No Sanskrit or chanting experience is needed.

About the Facilitator:
Ryoko Jones is an experienced Ashtanga yoga practitioner and Sanskrit chanting teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience across Australia, Japan, and India. She is currently deepening her studies in Sanskrit and Vedic chanting under Sindhura R. at Trayee Veda Vidyalaya in Bangalore.
