Let’s get our yoga flow! Class held outside weather permitting, otherwise inside bookstore/ greenhouse community room! Please check in at front desk/ inside shop- bring your mat if possible! Spots limited, can reserve space!

This will be an easy flow class for all levels. Approx 45min-1 hr.
Drop in fee is $12. Space is limited so feel free to contact Christine or the shop directly to secure your space!
Bring your own mat if you have one. There are a few available for use.
