Join us for this transformational training/retreat where you will learn the fundamentals of yogic philosophy anatomy poses history of yoga meditation breathwork sequencing peak-poses theming and hands-on adjustments. This training is open to anyone with an established personal practice. Designed for both those looking to teach yoga to the masses and those who are just looking to deepen their knowledge.
