Bring your yoga mat to Promenade Park for FREE yoga on the Riverfront once a month inside the Park Foundation Pavilion. This relaxing, 1-hour flow is for all skill levels and led by instructor Chelsea Vona, owner of Discover Yoga. Yoga mats are available if you do not have your own, provided on a first come, first served basis.Classes take place on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at Promenade Park. These sessions will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be moved inside to the Park Foundation Pavilion.
