We’re happy to announce that, for the 12th year, we’ve partnered with the City of Round Rock to offer Yoga on the Plaza, a monthly series of free, accessible, beginner-friendly community yoga classes in downtown Round Rock!
This class is held outdoors at Prete Plaza on Main Street. Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel or two, plus some water in case you get thirsty.
We specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. Chairs are available at the Plaza and can be used during the yoga practice for sitting on or for holding onto for better balance.
Regular yoga practice can help you improve your strength and flexibility, and reduce your aches and pains. We’re happy to support your yoga practice in the way that works best for your body!
