Join the Village of Bourbonnais and Limber Mind & Body Wellness for FREE Yoga on the Green every Wednesday evening in August!All levels are welcome for a 'Mid-Week Reset' with different types of yoga and body wellness activities to get you feeling ready and reset to finish your week out strong!
8/6 - Yoga with Nicole G.
8/13 - Yoga/Pilates Mix with Chelsea H.
8/20 - Zumba with Deisy M.
8/27 - Yoga with Jessica P.
What to bring?
*All levels welcome (Must be able to get up and down easily. Avoid trying something new if you have an injury. Please talk to your doctor if you have had a change in health.)
*Complete required online waiver prior to arriving

*Please bring mat, towel and water
*Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that class begins on time mindful of others.
