The Body Electric Yoga Company is happy to return to Green Bench Brewing Co. Morning yoga happens every third Sunday of the month. Join a rotation of BE Teachers for a feel-good flow and kick off another beautiful day in the Burg! The Bench opens at Noon, just in time for a cold brew or booch.
Check the Facebook event for the online schedule for weather-related cancellations. A limited number of mats are available to borrow for class, so BYO mat (and water) is recommended.
Please pre-register for less hassle, and arrive early to check in, settle in, and relax before we get moving. Registration is easy with The Body Electric Yoga Company's free app in iTunes and Google Play.
Do bring a mask in case we're indoors. Please BYO mat as we only have a few to lend out. The lawn is sunny, so we recommend shades, a brim, sunblock, hand towel, and water.
