Join us at Independence County Library for a free weekly yoga session designed to promote movement, mindfulness, and community wellness Mondays at 10 a.m.
Led by yoga instructor Sarah Harmon, each class is open to all abilities and provides a welcoming environment for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear, but mats and supplies will also be available to borrow.
