Step into the new year reclaiming the sovereignty of your attention.
In a world that competes for our attention at every turn, it is more important than ever to have tools that help us regain control of our inner state. Join Jeremy Wolf to explore simple practices for self-regulation, the theory and science behind them, and the profound benefits of slowing down.
What we give our attention to becomes our life. Our destiny is shaped by that which the mind continually returns to.
Yoga Nidrā is one of yoga's most powerful techniques for self-inquiry and turning inward. Through it, we discover that the unwavering peace of our essential nature is not a distant goal but a luminosity in the background of all experience, accessible in every moment.
This workshop includes lecture, a mild asana practice, pranayama, and a full Yoga Nidrā, with practical tools you can apply in daily life. No prior experience is needed.

ABOUT JEREMY WOLF
Jeremy's path began in the martial arts, earning a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and later training and teaching Capoeira with the American Capoeira Association in Boulder and Denver. That inner work led him to meditation and yoga, which he has studied since 1998, receiving his teaching certification in classical eight-limb yoga, as outlined by Patanjali, in Nasik, India. He is also a Reiki Master in the Mikao Usui tradition. His classes illuminate the transcendental element of yoga's deeply spiritual origins. Off the mat, you'll find him in the Rocky Mountains or producing ethnic-electronic music and exploring trance-dance as a path to healing, expression, and self-realization.
