We begin with an overview of the history of the practice. From this firm foundation, we will move into understanding how the brain and nervous system respond to yoga nidra, how to create and deliver the practice with trauma-informed awareness, and how to lead movements to prepare the body for stillness. You will practice teaching daily, and in doing so will create a working script that you can take with you to use.
Annie will close each day by leading iRest Yoga Nidra, so you can also experience deep rest and restoration.
