In this 2.5-hour Yoga Nidra Special, we will explore iRest® Meditation, a structured and accessible form of yoga nidra that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and inner awareness. This practice gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep - where the body softens, the mind settles, and insight naturally arises.
Throughout the session, you’ll receive tools to meditate with greater ease and confidence, learning how to cultivate inner stillness both on and off the mat. We’ll weave in reflective journal writing to help you release what no longer serves and set intentions for the year ahead, creating a sense of grounded clarity.
A pen and a small workbook will be provided to support your writing and reflection.
Expect nourishing rest, supportive guidance, and a peaceful container for reconnecting with your truest self.
All levels are welcome, no experience required.
