Myself and @tobeawarrior will be back at @wearewellness for a peaceful celebration of inner light, renewal, and connection. 🌟 

Our December event will help you journey through sound and powerful guided meditation as we nurture our inner glow, letting it shine through the quiet and calm of winter. ❄️✨ 

With the longest night of the year approaching, this is a time to turn inward, reflect, and reignite our energy for the coming year. As we prepare for the winter solstice, we honor the balance between light and darkness, and celebrate the promise of renewal and hope. 🌙💫

Emily will create soothing soundscapes with her Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, while I guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice that will lead you into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. Let go, restore, and allow yourself to be gently held by the magic of this morning. 🌙💖
