As part of their Roots and Wings Tour, Settle Into Stillness brings their signature Sound Journey experience to the studio—celebrating 15 years of sharing sound across the world.
You’ll rest comfortably in a supported savasana while layered tones from handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, and more gently fill the space. This experience is designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect in a meaningful way.
Each Sound Journey is uniquely created in the moment, shaped by the energy of the room and those gathered within it.
No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
