Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

Yoga Nidra is a yogic practice of blending the conscious with the unconscious in a dream-like state. You will be guided through gentle breathing, the scanning of the body, and visualizations to help you move into the theta brain state, balancing your autonomic nervous system, which includes the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. This practice will be accompanied with a sound healing singing bowl immersion.

Sound has been used as a healing modality for thousands of years and has continued to develop and evolve. This Singing Bowl and chime Immersion will highlight the healing vibrations from singing bowls of both old and new, as well as chimes with minimal use of other instruments. This collection of both metal Himalayan singing bowls and crystal quartz singing bowls, bringing balance to physical, mental, and energetic body. Sacred oils and smoke will be used to create a healing container for this sound bath.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable.

Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before class. Doors will lock at the beginning of class, so as to not disrupt the sound. No refunds or class credits are given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hrs before the start of class.
